Enjoyed having sparkling water in the room, the bed was super comfy. the hotel's location was convenient, close to a mountain, a resort, and the airport. Also loved the beautiful red bridges around here. Ate at a nice traditional restaurant nearby 🍽️.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful, has extremely hospitable employees at the Reception Desk. We loved rooms for sparkling water. We found everything perfect, do recommend it to all.

I had the most mindblowingly fantastic stay at Alba Wellness Resort By Fusion! everything was magnificent. The bungalow I stayed in was perfect and the food was delicious. The resort offers a wide range of activities, including tours to nearby attractions like the tombs and Phong Nha cave. The spa treatments were heavenly and the pool was a great place to relax. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I have ever had. This place is centrally located in a fantastic area of the city.

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value! The room was super clean and luxurious, and the resort's peaceful location created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff treated us like VIPs and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast delights, but it would have been better if there were separate areas for different groups of guests. The big breakfast crowd, especially the team building group, was noisy and lacked proper etiquette.

The rooms here come with cozy beds, a spot to enjoy tea or coffee, a place to eat, and a comfy sitting area. You also get your own private bathroom and the staff at the front desk are super friendly and professional! 😊

Convenient parking available right here. the bed is super comfy, the bathroom is fantastic, and you've got a safe, TV with lots of channels, and a mini fridge in the room. 🛏️

Over the Easter break, I stayed at a wonderful resort surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the free shuttle service that took me to key attractions in the area, saving me both time and money. The breakfast selection was also great and included fresh ingredients, fruits, and meats. Another advantage was the breathtaking views of the mountains and countryside from my room.

The vegetarian options were limited and not always labeled correctly, causing confusion during my stay. , the onsen and SPA rooms seemed to be overbooked and didn't provide the relaxing experience I was hoping for during peak hours.

Limited Food Options: The cuisine in Hue is renowned, but unfortunately, the resort's restaurant had a limited selection of food choices.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice pool, clean rooms, and great breakfast. Although it's located away from downtown, the hotel offers transportation services for their guests. I found it to be a peaceful escape from the chaos of the city.

Rooms are clean and peaceful; the onsen and spa services are a must-try! Excellent service and staff are friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Breakfast is delicious, and organic food is sourced from the hotel's own farm.

Although the amenities are exceptional, the vegetarian options could improve for a more inclusive dining experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the onsen spa, massage and the peaceful atmosphere. The lotus lake and beautiful scenery added to the tranquility of the resort. The staff, especially Duyen and Ngoc, provided impeccable service and took great care of us. The location, nestled in a forest at the foot of a mountain, allowed us to connect with nature and recharge our batteries. The spa treatments, onsen baths, and healthy food options were top-notch. The wooden bungalows with spacious beds, amazing bathrooms, and swimming pool access were perfect for our stay. We also enjoyed the free activities like zip-lining and biking.

Felt completely at ease and had no complaints during our stay.
